Hi-Line Storage Systems

Hi-Line has become known as the most durable and adaptable storage rack system available. With 1 inch adjustment capability, Hi-Bolt retainer system providing the strength of a bolted connection with the ease of a connector pin, and designs for select, drive-in, drive-through, ASRS and other configurations, Hi-Line is a versatile storage rack system.

Hi-Line Beams are two piece roll formed profiles with double thickness on the top and bottom surfaces for superior strength.

Keystone Rack System

Bulldog Rack Company manufactures a Keystone style rack system which is fast and easy to install with its keystone shaped hole and locking clip. Our keystone rack is vertically adjustable in 3” increments and is compatible with most existing keystone style systems.

Our Keystone Rack, like our other products, is available in 12 standard durable powder coat colors.

Cantilever Rack System

Bulldog provides a Cantilever Rack System for storage of long, bulky items, such as lumber, pipe, steel, etc. The Cantilever Rack columns and arms are fabricated from structural steel and sized for the applicable load requirements. The arms are bolted onto the upright column; height is adjustable in 2” increments.

The Cantilever Rack System components are powder coated for a long lasting, durable finish. 12 standard colors are available.

Structural Rack System

For high weight capacity storage, Bulldog manufactures a Structural Rack System. Structural Rack, as its name suggests, is fabricated from structural steel components, ie. I-beams and structural channels. The beams are bolted to the structural uprights and adjustable by removal and re-installation into another set of holes. Height is adjustable in 2” increments.

The Structural Rack System components are also powder coated for a long lasting, durable finish. 12 standard colors are available.

Our Push Back Systems allow for high density storage where the pallet is accessible from the front of the rack system. Fork trucks do not have to travel into the rack to access pallets. The Push back cart allows for up to 6 pallet deep storage. Design features include full lane indication and safety catches to prevent accidental lift of the cart.
