Repair, Don't Replace
Heavy-Duty Modular Rack Repair Kits
Forklift impacts don't have to mean tearing down a loaded bay. Our engineered, bolt-on repair kits restore damaged uprights to full rated capacity in place, giving your racking a longer useful life at a fraction of the cost and downtime of replacement.

Why Repair Kits
Extend the Life of Your Existing Racking
Damage almost always happens in the bottom few feet of an upright, right where forklifts operate. A modular repair kit replaces only that damaged section with a heavier-gauge steel column, new base plate and fresh anchors, so the rest of the frame keeps working for years to come.
| Consideration | Replace | Repair Kit |
|---|---|---|
| Unload the entire bay | ||
| Remove beams and dismantle the frame | ||
| Lengthy lead time for new frames | ||
| Restores full rated capacity | ||
| Repair completed in place, product stays loaded | ||
| Typically same-day installation per upright |
Rack Repair Install Kit
Repaired In Place. No Unloading.
Every kit ships complete with the hardware our crews need to restore a damaged upright in a single visit, typically without emptying the bay.
- Heavy-gauge repair column
- Splice plates and Grade 5 hardware
- Oversized anchoring base plate
- Concrete wedge anchors
- Bracing to match your frame
- Optional teardrop tube for lower beam level

Jack It Up, Repair & Repeat
- Step 1
Shore the Load
A hydraulic shoring jack supports the beam level above the damage, so product stays in the bay while we work.
- Step 2
Cut Out the Damage
The bent section of upright is cut away cleanly with a portable band saw, leaving undamaged steel above.
- Step 3
Bolt On the Kit
The heavy-gauge repair column slides into place and is bolted through the existing upright and torqued to spec.
- Step 4
Anchor the Base
The oversized base plate is drilled and anchored to the slab, then the jack is released and the frame is back in service.

Kit Options

Multiple Brace Patterns
Horizontal, diagonal and closed-front styles match your existing frame bracing and the severity of damage.
